Menu:
“Feast Day Pork Roast”, sliced – adapted from Priscilla Vigil, of Tesuque Pueblo, New Mexico
Blackeyed Peas, flavored with bacon and bay leaves
Kale and Mustard Greens
Leftover cranberry relish (because I forgot to make a salad)
…and lovely melon-colored roses “just because”.
Happy New Year!

Wow, Hol – looks AWESOME! Oh, and yes, we did get your presents – LOVE them!! That cigar humidor is so cool! And we love the wine aerator. I’m assuming the glass has the Georgia Bulldog on there, right?! Love them! I was waiting until we spoke to properly thank you, plus I haven’t had much of a chance to get on the computer. Busy couple days.
Call me later! I’ll be squaring away the garage and picking up after Rufus all day. Can’t wait…..
